Melodyne 5 Assistant Update
The newest version of Melodyne Assistant, Melodyne 5 Assistant, offers a variety of new features and improvements for editing vocals and other audio recordings. With the new Leveling Macro, users can easily adjust volume disparities and make loud notes quieter and quiet ones louder. The “Melodic” algorithm allows for separate editing of pitched and noise-like components, making it easier to work with sibilants and other vocal nuances. Additionally, the update includes a Chord Track and Chord Grid for pitch editing and chord recognition, as well as macros for optimizing intonation, timing quantization, and leveling.
Melodyne 5 Assistant can be used as a plugin via VST3, AU, or AAX, or as a stand-alone program. Integration with ARA Audio Random Access is also available depending on the DAW. The update also includes a new search function for keyboard shortcuts, and improved saving of personalized shortcut sets. This upgrade is perfect for anyone looking to enhance the intonation, phrasing, dynamics, and timbre of a performance in a musical and intuitive way.
